What are some undergrad colleges that excel in Chemistry?

I'm currently a senior in high school and was wondering what are some top undergraduate colleges that excel in Chemistry majors, excluding the Ivies. I have a 2040 SAT score, with a 10 essay. My GPA is a 3.3 with full Honors classes, due to no AP classes being offered at my school, coupled with a quite lengthy list of extra-curricular activities. I've been looking at UC Berkeley. Is there any others that offer a more "difficult or equally difficult" Chemistry major?
