How do I resize pictures without using an external website?

I am trying to complete a very lengthy PPT Presentation with about 100 pictures I have taken. Every time I insert a picture from "my pictures" it shows up in PPT way too big! I do not want to manually resize them on every slide. Is there a way I can highlight all my pics and just change their dimensions (without using a website)????
