Anyone know of a song similar to The Universal by Blur?

It's sung by a British band, they played Glastonbury/ Isle of Wight Festivals last year and it has an orchestral backing but isn't Bittersweet Symphony. The lead singer is a man and the song was recently used on BBC 3's Frankenstein's Wedding. Thanks!
