Can you please show this to your parents? That is what they are there for. You do need a new start and it has to come from your motivation to change. Since you wrote here, you are intelligent enough to know you need help so know that you are not beyond hope. You will have a chance in 2 months to begin anew. Talk with your parents about what you can do.
