So I've pretty much tried it all i eat 200+ grams of protein a day take creatine a new supplement (size on) workout on the weekends and eat around 3000 calories or more. Can anyone give some tips to get mass (buff) faster? I don't even care if some of it is fat, my biceps are barely 15 inches and I'm a lengthy individual so they even look smaller. I wanna gain 50lbs as fast as possible please help!
